Temple Keepers - Bali

Vita Sagharam have been working in Bali to help the temple keepers of Tampaksiring protect

their sacred knowledge.

Tampaksiring is one of the most sacred temples in Bali and has been used for over one thousand years for cleansing and purifying many spiritual and physical illnesses. This temple is currently listed as a cultural world heritage site, but receives little to no support.

REF is working with local people to create a community controlled NGO (Vita Sagharam) that supports sustainable, cultural employment and protects traditional cultural life in Bali.
